Thom also shares his journey to becoming the first Creative Director at Rockwell Group, and how his teenage experiences working at Lake George shaped his career.

At Rockwell Group, Thom oversees global hospitality and commercial projects, from concept creation to design development to project completion. Some of his diverse portfolio includes the flagship Equinox Hotel in NYC; the renovation of the iconic Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City; and a Kempinski Hotel in Chengdu, China.
